about the Founder

I started The Triangle Sessions with one goal in mind: to help people find happiness in their day-to-day.

As a professional ballet dancer, my world has been shaped by discipline, dedication, and camaraderie. I’ve been a dancer at the Metropolitan Opera since 2014, performing in iconic productions such as Aida, Don Giovanni, Turandot, and more. I’ve performed all over the world - to over 50 countries - collaborating with dozens of casts, crew members, and creative professionals. Many of the memories, conversations, and people I hold most dearly are inextricably linked to interactive activities, movement, and connection.

Dancing has been my life, but what sits at the root of it all is my passion for connecting the mind and body. The principles that make ballet exciting are applicable to people looking for outlets in the corporate world: movement, wellness, community, and a love of learning.

Through The Triangle Sessions, I have married my passion for dance and well-being with my love of bringing people together through unique, memorable experiences. My extensive background in health, wellness, and hospitality helps me tap into many areas, from yoga to nutrition to tourism.

I’ve worked with over 100 corporations and start ups (over 1,200 individuals in 2022) to help professionals around the country communicate and feel better through moments that connect and inspire.
